Return Policy
At Silas + Paul, we want you to love your jewelry as much as we love creating it. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Eligibility for Returns
• Returns are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date.
• Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
• Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
• Custom, engraved, or final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please email us at support@silasandpaul.com with the following information:
• Your order number
• The item(s) you wish to return
• The reason for the return
We’ll provide you with return instructions and a return shipping address. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrived damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will gladly send a replacement or issue a refund at no cost to you.
Refunds
Once we receive your return and confirm it meets our policy conditions, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Please note: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, we recommend initiating a return and placing a new order.
